OSS Retail in partnership with McCann Worldgroup have created a two-day specialist programme to help retailers develop their capability for delivering digital transformation. Our aim is to provide practical tools for delegates to anticipate digital trends, understand consumer behaviour and develop a customer journey which maximises sales and increases loyalty. The programme will be highly participative combining challenging group exercises plus presentations and insight from digital retail leaders and marketing experts.

The course will tackle the ‘now, near future and far future’ of our industry by analysing the key themes of Direction, Awareness, Decoding, Execution, Innovation, Collaboration, Influencing & Business Judgement:

Day One:

  • Creative & Channel – Content in Context: ‘Paid, Owned, Earned’ - understanding the language of and trends in digital retail
