Creating the Conditions for Positive Mental Health

Mental Health Awareness Week | OSS Retail

Mental Health Awareness Week, a campaign by Mental Health Foundation is designed to raise awareness of mental health and mental health problems, inspire action and promote the message of good mental health for all.

OSS Retail recognises the importance of good mental health as major part of wellbeing in the workplace.

Wellbeing is a critical factor in both the performance of a team and the health of individuals. When a person feels valued, trusted, safe and has a sense of belonging they can be their best self and do their best work.

This year we have partnered with retailTRUST to ensure that delegates of the Foundation and Academy, the retail leaders of the future, understand the importance of both physical and mental wellbeing and the importance of resilience in a modern workplace.

Our goal is to support delegates in understanding how they can identify the signs, lead great wellbeing conversations and discover how to lead a positive people culture.
