Oxford Summer School (OSS) has partnered with digital consultancy Practicology and solutions provider Fujitsu to deliver Digital Influence – Transforming Retail, a two-day training programme taking place in Spring 2018 in London.
Technology and customer expectations are moving so fast it is hard for retailers to keep up. As customer behaviour changes, so must the skills and knowledge required to compete.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES:

The course aims to equip retailers with the tools required to succeed on that journey through immersive training that will include:

    • Key speakers covering real life situations and solutions to digital challenges faced by all retailers;
    • Five interactive learning sessions on key issues effecting digital retailing; from the importance of content, to the customer journey, to best practice online trading;
    • A comprehensive case study and group activities.
